How refunds and cancelling work for Barking Dog Spider.
Free
Free costs nothing, so there's nothing to refund.
Pro
- Your first payment: if you ask within 14 days of your first payment for Pro, monthly or yearly, we'll refund it in full.
- After that: you can cancel any time and keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. There are no partial refunds for the rest of a month or year.
How to ask
Our payments are handled by Paddle, the merchant of record for our orders, so refunds go through Paddle. To ask for one, email barkingdog@makingstuffs.com or use the link in your Paddle receipt.

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights.
